In few days, the traveling fashion circus will give way from London to Paris and Milan before dispersing into the ether until September, while those of us in New York are still in recovery from the past seven days of fashion.
If you’re up for it, here is a look back upon the week that was.

- Bid farewell to Whitney Houston
- Witnessed this season’s looks from Custo Barcelona, Emilio Cavallini and Reem Acra
- Finally introduced you to my first-ever guest contributor (and this season’s NYFW correspondent), Craig Saint-Lauren
- And, of course, brought you more posts to peruse
Until next Monday — I’m going on a bit of a blog vacation — I leave you with “Fallout” from Neon Indian’s newest album Era Extraña. The video, a mashup of Heavy Metal, sexy adverts, and the 1980s in general, was animated by Adult Swim’s own Adam “lilfuchs” Fuchs.

I hope you had a lovely little respite!
It’s nice to have a break after editing photos and setting the look of each post during NYFW. Thank you.

The new custo stuff is amazing, I know a lot of people just say its more and more of the same but as long as the same is slightly different to the trained eye I am going to stay a number 1 fan!
Yeah. What a week that was. Many of us are really devastated when the news came out that Whitney is dead. Thank you sharing this.. :)
