Mme Lehmann et moi first met on Twitter. I think it was through our love of Garance Doré–who I will someday feature if she says yes, btw–or someone else–can I make Wendy Brandes a meme for any time I can’t remember exactly how I came across a blogger, please–but we managed to hit it off well. It also helps that she, like yours truly, is yet another Alizée fan.
As for her blog, Lehmann not only has the usual fashionable features such as how to rock denim (double or otherwise) well, but also topics ranging from visiting Disney World with her daughter, her interest in all things French, a video here and there, even her love of Audrey Tatou (which, in her own words, is comparable to my love for Alizée).

Why should you follow Erika Lehmann? You’re a mother who still wants to be fashionable and don’t want to end up on “What Not To Wear,” you’re a Francophile and want to know of others like yourself (you now know two, btw), and you want to be up-to-date on all the latest trends, even if it just happens to be the latest trend in laundry detergent.
Why should you not follow Erika Lehmann? You find “mommy bloggers” to be a bit “twee,” you still hate the French (something about “cheese-eating surrender monkeys who smell bad and need to shave their armpits”), or the only trend you’re interested in following comes from H&M, not Arm & Hammer.
