Interviewing Tabitha St. Germain was the greatest thing ever for this blog. So, where do I go from there?
How about welcoming a new food truck into Louisville?

Last month, Grind, a gourmet burger food truck based in Louisville, successfully completed a Kickstarter campaign to fund the startup costs for their truck-based food business. To celebrate, the husband and wife duo behind Grind, Jesse and Liz Huot, held their grand opening next to the Haymarket Whiskey Bar on 331 East Market Friday evening.

My Grind order; that's not ketchup, player.

All in all, I had a great time, even if it was brief. I even met Liz’s parents, who were in charge of checking in all of the Kickstarter funders. And who knows? They might just be a part of the reason why my boutique becomes a success; I’ll leave it at that for now.
Also: I want to thank Heraty Law for giving me the opportunity to go in their stead. I had retweeted Grind’s Kickstarter link, and the entertainment law firm threw down for the cause upon reading about the campaign. Being a bit far from Louisville, though, led to this post happening in the first place; I was very happy to represent the firm while also representing my city for this blog.
If you would like to know more about Grind, including where they will be in Louisville in the coming months, you can follow their blog at louisvillegrind.blogspot.com, as well as their Twitter and Facebook accounts.
